(1) – one – JCI 6’ wide x 20’ long Three Deck Portable Horizontal Vibrating Screen; 40 h.p. electric motor, V-Belt drive with guard, motor base; spray bar knockouts, Huck-Bolt construction; three shaft-six roller bearing vibrator assembly with flow through oil bath lubrication; rubber marshmallow isolation springs with friction check assemblies (4) at each lower corner; conventional single crown screen support decks with side tension clamp rails; one 42” wide cross conveyor at discharge end with rubber impact trough idlers and electric motor drive; under screen hopper with 60” wide rear discharge conveyor, electric motor drive, urethane belt wiper at head pully; all mounted on a I-Beam tandem axle trailer with walkways on three sides, four electric / hydraulic plant leveling cylinders with Honda gas engine/hydraulic power package & control valves.
