Fab Tec Pro 5’ wide x 16’ long triple deck incline vibrating screen with 20 h.p. electric motor, pivoting motor base, V-belt drive with guard, 3/8” steel plate sidewalls, AR lined feed box, coil spring suspension, conventional single crown screen decks with side tension rails, single shaft-two bearing grease lubricated vibrator assembly with 100 MM Torrington spherical roller bearings and external adjustable counterweights, discharge chutes for three decks, under screen slurry collection hopper, feed slurry box with water spray bars mounted over screen feed point. Water spray bar wash system with full length water manifold, individual discharge valves, flex hose connections to 1 1/2” diameter spray bars with bolt on spray deflectors over screen decks. TRIO 36” diameter x 25’ long single spiral fine material dewatering sand screw with 15 h.p. electric motor, V-belt drive with guard, heavy duty oil bath lubricated gear reduction box, grease lubricated external roller bearing assembly at lower end of tub, bolt on replaceable abrasion resistant alloy steel wear shoes, bolt on tub extensions with adjustable height waste water spill over weirs. Stationary Support Structure constructed with 16” I-beam with ladder access to walkways with handrails & toe guards on three sides. Bolted walkways removable for transport.
