Deister 6’ wide x 16’ long three deck incline vibrating “Wash Screen”, single shaft two roller bearing-oil lubricated vibrator assembly, reinforced side plates with spray bar holes, flat screen support decks with modular urethane screen media, rubber covered cross members, steel coil spring isolation springs, 30 h.p. electric motor, V-belt drive with guard, stationary steel fabricated support structure with walkways on three sides, roll away discharge chutes, under screen collection hopper, water spray bar support frames on both sides of screen, rectangular tubing water manifold with individual ball valves for spray bar connections on one side.
