Morbark Model 1000 Industrial Tub Grinder – 10½’ diameter hydraulic tilting tub (8’ ID) supported by 10 rubber tire guide rolls, hammermill grinder with 24” x 46” feed opening, 16” diameter rotor; fixed hammers with bolt on replaceable hammer tips; dual 12” diameter under mill screw discharge augers, 250 h.p. electric motor direct drive, 75 h.p. electric motor with V-belt drive to two separate hydraulic pumps for operation of all plan hydraulic features, 1,900 inches of screen area on the lower section of hammermill, S/N 846-109, Date of Mfr. 1995. Inventory of 6 spare under hammermill steel grates included. Electric motor control panel with two soft start motor controls (250 h.p. & 75 h.p.), stationary steel support legs. The compact Morbark 1000 Tub Grinder offers up to 10 to 1 volume reduction at up to 40 tons per hour depending on feed material. Designed to process waste wood, pallets, demolition debris, bark, mill scrap, any kind of wood fibrous material up to 8” diameter.
