Deister 8’ wide x 24’ long three deck incline vibrating screen, dual vibrator mechanism with oil bath lubrication, 24” feed box, two 40 h.p. electric motors with pivoting motor bases, steel coil spring suspension with upper and lower spring pad retainers, duel crown screen decks with side tensioned clamp rails and center hold down rails, rubber covered vibrator cross tubes, (7)-seven spray bar holes in side plates for aggregate wash applications. Existing screen media: top deck: 2½” square opening urethane, center deck: 1 1/8” square opening urethane, bottom deck: combination of ¼” slotted opening urethane and ¼” Z-Screen at the discharge end.
