6’ Diameter x 26’ Long Rotary Trommel Aggregate Scrubber & Wash Screen, 40 h.p. electric motor coupled to Browning gear reduction box to chain & sprocket drive with spring loaded chain tensioner. Steel drum supported on 12 rubber tires – 6 sets of two tires mounted on shafts with pillow block bearings, 2 steel trunnion wheel forward thrust supports, 9’ x 10 ½’ x 33” deep steel feed hopper, 6” diameter full length water spray pipe through trommel. Drum design from the feed end: 12’ long solid steel scrubber section, to a 11’ long section of round hole self-relieving punched plate, to a 3’ long solid steel discharge section. 11’ long under screen collection hopper captures the through product with water, all mounted on a 14” I-beam skid base support structure.
