(1) – one – Surge Tunnel – 8’ x 8’ x 50’ long steel fabricated tunnel with 30” wide x 58’ long discharge conveyor, electric motor, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive & guard, rubber lagged head pulley, wing type self-cleaning tail pulley, 3-ply conveyor belting, 5” diameter 35 degree trough idlers, gravity flow material through (2)-Two manually operated 16” clam gates with 12” square clear openings mounted over discharge conveyor, gates are 15’ apart. Steel tunnel constructed with 4” x 6” rectangular tubing floor and top cross bracing with 5” square tubing vertical supports and ¼” steel plate bulkheads with interior reinforcing.
