GATOR Portable Model GIP-1315V Horizontal Shaft Impact Crushing Plant, crusher design includes two stage hydraulic adjustable impact curtains hinged at the top for tramp metal relief; heavy duty semi-enclosed four bar rotor mounted on horizontal shaft with two self-aligning grease lubricated roller bearings, bolt in interchangeable steel liners inside crusher housing; hydraulic crusher opening & adjustment includes electric/hydraulic power pack with controls, 250 h.p. electric crusher motor, V-belt drive with guard; 60” wide x 32” tall crusher feed opening; 10’ x 20’ long steel plate receiving hopper; Gator Model PW4419 – 44” wide x 19’ long vibrating grizzly feeder with solid impact deck and grizzly bar fines bypass section, 30 h.p. electric motor with V-belt drive, oil bath vibrator assembly, fines bypass chute to under crusher conveyor, mounted on an independent steel support stand bolted to trailer frame for easy removal and separate transport; 48” wide under crusher discharge–screen feed conveyor with in-frame electric motor wrap drive assembly, impact idlers under load point, folding-removable head section for transport; cross belt mounted recycling magnet – 48” wide x 10’ long permanent magnet with self-cleaning revolving belt and electric motor drive; Electric Motor Control Panel with 600 amp main disconnect, vary-speed drive controller for feeder, soft starter for crusher motor, and starters for all support equipment motors; all mounted on a three axle I-Beam trailer with four hydraulic jack stands.
