Chemco Systems Mdl D-7100 “Plow Blender” Material Mixing & Blending System for Uniform Mixing & Stabilization of Bio-Sludge, Chemicals, Industrial Products, Lime Treatment, Fertilizer, Compost, Sand, Finished Product Aggregates, Etc. at up to 250 tph. Complete plant includes:
1. Hopper – 8½’ wide x 20’ long, steep wall construction with 24” diameter stainless steel screw discharge conveyor, 25 h.p electric motor with solid state reversible and variable speed controller, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive with guard, clamp down tarp cover system, support legs.
2. Hopper – 8½’ wide x 20’ long, steep wall construction with 16” diameter stainless steel screw discharge conveyor, 20 h.p electric motor with solid state reversible and variable speed controller, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive with guard, clamp down tarp cover system, support legs.
3. Conveyor – 30” wide x 45’ long, 8” channel frame, 35 degree troughing idlers, rubber conveyor belting, electric motor, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive with guard, support legs. (feeds blender from #1 hopper with 24” diameter screw conveyor)
4. Screw Conveyor – 12” diameter x 45’ long stainless steel, electric motor, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive with guard, support legs. (feeds blender from #2 hopper with 16” diameter screw conveyor).
5. Chemco Systems Model D-7100 Continuous Flow “Plow Blender” – 6’ wide x 9’ long tub, twin shaft mixer with stainless steel plows, 75 h.p. Baldor electric motor / Eurodrive Model KA127 oil bath lubricated gearbox, Milltronics motion failure alarm, high temperature & speed sensors, adjustable weir gate at discharge end, steel fabricated stationary support structure; S/N 7006, shipped new December 2002.
6. Conveyor – 30” wide x 17’ long, 8” channel frame, 20 degree troughing idlers, rubber conveyor belting, electric motor, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive with guard, support legs. (blender discharge conveyor).
7. Conveyor – 30” wide x 26’ long, 8” channel frame, 35 degree troughing idlers, rubber conveyor belting, electric motor, shaft mounted gear reduction box, V-belt drive with guard, support legs. (material transfer conveyor).
8. Cutler-Hammer Freedom Series 2100 Motor Control Center; 3 phase 480 Volt / 60 Hz system in free standing weather proof steal enclosure with main disconnect, across the line magnetic starters for all plant electric motors; two Fincor 6500 ASD solid state reversible and variable speed controllers for the two feeder motors; Milltronics Model MFA 4p motion failure alarm controller (warns of equipment malfunction and signals automated shut down).
9. Elevated Catwalk System throughout plant flow plan (steel fabricated).
